Return Policy


KT is more than happy to assist you if you are dissatisfied with your purchased DVD or Media.

Before making your purchase, please read through the return policy.

Since DVDs and Media can be copied, we do not issue refunds.

All DVDs are thoroughly tested before they are sent.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective DVD, here is what you should do:

First, check the DVD on another player to make sure that is indeed a defect.

Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD.


Return the defective DVD to KT.

Return shipping will be at your expense.

No matter what method of return (Media Mail, First Class, or Priority),
it is recommended that you insure the return and provide tracking for proof of return.

Once it is received back, the defective DVD will be re-tested
If it is found to be defective, a replacement DVD will be sent.
